I am speechless. It is hard to find a place you feel comfortable with. The Doctor, asistants and receptionist are amazing. They answer any and all questions so that you have the peace of mind and feel confortable and confident with the choice you made. My child had is second vist with them and it felt just like the first. They listen and treat my child with respect and kindness not rushing them and making them feel safe. I'm glad I found this place.

I was very happy with the dentist the receptionist helped me with the paper work I have forgot my glasses at home. I have a special needs son. The technician who took the X-rays help him hold the mouth piece while taking the pictures. And the dentist was very helpful also. If a family or friend needed a dentist I would recommend them to this dentist. I was over 100 percent satisfied

The staff were generally helpful during our emergency extraction, earning a 4-star rating. However, Surgeon Consuelo Palazuelos Zambrana lacked empathy and was extremely rough during the procedure, repeatedly administering anesthesia despite my husband groaning in pain. There was no empathy or regard for his discomfort. Additionally, there seemed to be pressure to rush through appointments, with an assistant constantly coming in the room asking her how much longer for the next patient. This lack of professionalism and empathy suggests the clinic overbooks patients. A staff meeting to address these issues and improve patient care and professionalism is necessary. We will be returning, so I hope my husband gets treated like a human being next time, if he have to see her again.

I recently visited this dental office and I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were all very friendly and professional, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. The office itself was clean and modern, and the equipment was all up-to-date and state-of-the-art. The dentist and hygienist were both very knowledgeable and skilled, and they made sure I understood everything that was happening throughout my appointment. They were also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Overall, I had a great experience at this dental office and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist. The customer service was top-notch and the overall experience was great. I will definitely be returning for all of my future dental needs.
